Golf Course Information:

Golf at Grandover is a public, PGA facility featuring two challenging 18-hole courses designed by David Graham and Gary Panks, world-renowned golf architects. Golf at Grandover has served as the host of 2011, ’14, ’15 and ’18 D III National Championship and 2012 D1 Regional Championship as well as being the home of the UNCG/Grandover D1 Collegiate tournament.

COVID Precautions:

– Tee times booked in advance to limit interaction when arriving at course.
– Tee times are spaced in 12 minutes intervals to allow for social distancing.
– Golf carts are sanitized before and after each use.
– Golfers are being asked to clear all trash from their carts after use.
– Only 4 guests are allowed in the Golf Shop at a time for check-in, payment and shopping.
– Encouraging one cart per person, unless a guest is comfortable with their riding partner.
– Rakes are removed from bunkers, flag sticks are not to be removed, and holes are raised to allow for easy ball access

Golf Outing Registration:

  • $125 per golfer (includes greens fee, golf cart rental and lunch)
  • Sign up 1 to 4 golfers on our registration form
  • Select your golf cart preference on our registration form
  • Pay with a card or by check using our registration form


Consecutive tee times beginning at 10:00 am. Golfers will be emailed their assigned tee times after registration for the outing has been completed.

BRING YOUR OWN TEAM: If you sign up a foursome (or twosome or threesome) you will be paired with the people you signed up with. Singles will be paired together based on skill ratings.

Stewart Swing, EI, RRO
Senior Staff Engineer
Terracon Consultants
Stewart Swing is an instrumental senior staff engineer with strong communication, time management and leadership skills with 6 years of field experience. His first year in the field, he worked with a foreman learning the trades of waterproofing. Since then, he has developed a notable enthusiasm for waterproofing and has continued to accumulate knowledge of building enclosures. His daily responsibilities include preparation of specifications and drawings, contract administration, and construction observations. Swing most enjoys forensic projects when he has the opportunity to investigate long term building enclosure failures by tearing structures apart, detect the source of the problem and ultimately offer an innovative design solution that best suits his clients’ needs.


Dave Kimball
Senior Technical Specialist
As a Technical Specialist in the Building Envelope Group, covering the North Atlantic Region from his office in Long Island City, NY. Kimball has consulted on such high-profile projects as the Pentagon, Wash. D.C.; the Transamerica Pyramid, San Francisco; and the One World Trade Center, New York City. With areas of expertise in weatherseal, structural glazing, and exterior coatings applications, he now focuses on the unique challenges presented by rough opening preparation and air and vapor barriers. Along with belonging to the Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration (SWR) Institute, Kimball is also a member of standards testing organization ASTM International.


Paul Shelton
Regional Sales Support Manager
Paul manages sales and distribution of Alchemco products, designed to provide long-term protection of concrete structures, extending the useful life of the structure and minimizing repairs. Paul manages a team of field representatives covering the Southeastern Third of the US spanning from Virginia to Florida, to Texas, then bordered in the North by Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Tennessee.
Paul has extensive experience building and managing sales teams for nearly 30 years.


Dennis Bardar
Field Technicial Rep
Dryvit Systems, Inc
Dennis Bardar is a Field Technical Rep who works with Dryvit Systems & Tremco CPG to follow up with building project issues, training EIFS applicators, & follow up with building envelope complaints. My job gives me the opportunity to have a positive impact in the construction industry in many ways. I started out in construction in the 1980’s as an EIFS applicator/foreman, metal framing carpenter, & drywall & acoustical ceiling mechanic for a large Pennsylvania commercial construction company. Moved to distribution in the greater Philadelphia market with Home Depot, L&W Supply and Ciesco Inc. for over 20 years including sales of Dryvit and USG EIFS products.years.
